Brian, one of my students, on our field trip to the Confucius temple. This was the most ridiculous field trip I have ever been on. We went to the temple, walked around taking pictures of the students in different places, had a snack, and then left. No information on Confucius, the temple, anything. It was not a field trip, it was a photo opp.

Everyone has to have a photo op once in a while; it is the only way we have a chance at understanding politicians
